Electric Torque Screwdrivers (EF and K Series)

STC30+ Controller

• 4 user selectable soft start modes from 0.2 - 0.6 seconds. The controller will also store the last mode used ready for the next time the unit is turned on
• User selectable double hit function enables precise torque control for soft joint applications. The double hit mode causes the electric screwdriver to perform a second “hit” to stabilise the joint after relaxation
• A high and low speed button offers the user the option of selecting the correct screwdriver speed for the type of application
• Integrated overheat protection (OHP) and over current protection (OCP) protect the screwdriver from damage or malfunction
• The advanced temperature detection system powers down the controller and resets automatically when temperatures return to normal levels
• Intuitive controller LED system advises user which mode is in operation
• Stop/Start and Screwdriver Lock output signal for connection to PLC systems
• Controller has Integrated RJ-11 socket for connection to an optional screw counter unit
• Switchable 110 and 230V input voltage. The unit will reset if the motor current is too high
