Torqueleader software is provided to you 'as is'.
Torqueleader does not warrant that the software is without errors, viruses and/or defects, but Torqueleader has taken all reasonable care to ensure that the software contains no errors, viruses or defects.

You ('the User') are advised to ensure that you take precautions to protect your computer from virus infection.

Torqueleader will not be liable for any claims, actions, demands, losses, damages and/or costs which the User may sustain or suffer as a result of or connected to the software.

Torqueleader's Software Update and Upgrade Policy

Software Updates (Free)
e.g. ver 2.01 to ver 2.

• Registered customers will be notified via email when an update becomes available, and the update will be "advertised" on the Torqueleader website
• The update will be available to download from Torqueleader website, or sent via email on request
• Updates will be the same files as supplied on the current CD-ROM and wil be password protected

Software Version Upgrades (Paid For)
e.g. ver 2.xx to ver 3.xx

• Registered customers will be notified via email when an update becomes available, and the update will be "advertised" on website
• The CD-ROM will only contain the current version. Previous versions will only be available on the Torqueleader website
• The upgrade will be available as a purchased item only. Either as the full product package or the software CD-ROM only
• The upgrade will have password-protected installation - with a different password to previous versions
