After sales and register a product
Today's Quality Assurance Systems demand that measuring tools and calibration equipment are checked regularly and provided with traceable calibration certificates.
MHH Engineering, manufacturers of the Torqueleader range of torque control equipment, are pleased to provide potential and existing Customers with this full and comprehensive After Sales Service.
On return of any Torqueleader product, the work necessary to bring the tool to first class condition is assessed and the customer advised of the cost involved. Only after the customer has given their permission to proceed, is the work is carried out within an agreed time scale.
Recalibration, Repair and Reconditioning of Torqueleader Tools
Torqueleader provide a wide range of After Sales Services, including:
- Comprehensive After-Sales Service for all Torqueleader products.
- Standard charge format.
- Recalibration, repair or recondition to original accuracy standards.
- 3 month warranty.
Simple procedure:
- Examination and Quotation for work required.
- No work carried out until approval for go-ahead.
- Reminder card sent after 3 weeks.
Measuring and Calibrating Tools:
- Full re-calibration to original accuracy standards.
- Traceable Calibration Certificate issued.
- 'As Received' certificate on request (extra charge).
Non Torqueleader Products:
- After Sales service not generally available.
- Certain makes can be checked for accuracy.
- Contact Sales Office before despatching tools.
Pre-set Tools:
- Repeatability checks throughout working range.
- Setting to Preset value if required.
- Traceable Calibration Certificate issued.
Regular Checks:
- A torque tool is a precision instrument.
- All torque tools should be checked regularly to ensure continued accuracy and safety.
All Torqueleader equipment returned to MHH for After Sales Service will be coded (if not already marked) with a Serial Number which will enable traceability. The serviced equipment will then be returned to the Customer with a new Certificate of Calibration.
