Weld Stud Test Tool

• Designed for use in the production of sheet metal products specifically in the automotive and appliance industries, to test the strength and integrity of welds used to attach threaded studs or similar to sheet metal.
• A comprehensive range of interchangeable end fittings are available, making the WSTT a versatile Quality Control tool.
• Fully adjustable torque range, ideal in situations where the same torque setting must be tested reliably and accurately.
• Torque adjustment is tamper-proof. Tool is pre-set using a Torque Analyser (can be pre-set to order).

The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance and exceeds the requirements of ISO 6789:2003.
