The revolutionary Laptop & PDA based PETA Portable Torque Analyser System from MHH Engineering, that enables the calibration laboratory to be taken to the production line, has been improved yet again with the release of Version 4.
PETA V4 continues to provide the facilities to collect data, perform SPC analysis, and display results directly into Microsoft Excel and produce Calibration Certificates to the ISO6789:2003 standard. Data can be automatically displayed as a Control Chart, Histogram and Distribution Curve, at a click of a mouse. Power Tool graphing offers the ability to accurately measure applied torque from impulse and shut off power tools.
The enhanced PETA V4 has taken portable calibration a step further, with the addition of Microsoft Outlook integration; ensuring tool re-calibration dates are never missed. Guaranteeing your tightening objectives are always met, lowering rework costs.
The new primary test feature offers the power tool user a quick and simple “ok” “not ok” test. This allows assessment and recording of power tool performance with traceability to internal quality standards.
The enhanced ISO6789 test mode, offers the introduction of the “Change Transducer” option. Transducers can be changed “mid test” allowing greater torque ranges to be covered with fewer transducers, hence reducing transducer purchase and recalibration costs.
PETA V4, continues to provide Users with the confidence that tightening objectives are being met time after time.
