Torqueleader attending MAINTEC 2007 held on 20 – 22 March 2007

Torqueleader After Sales Services

From February 2007, Torqueleader will be expanding their After Sales Department and incorporating the following services.

• · Comprehensive After Sales Service for all Torqueleader products
• · Menu Pricing for all Repairs, Calibration and Overhaul
• · Recalibration, Repair or Recondition to original accuracy standards.
• · UKAS Accredited Calibration Laboratory
• · 3 Monthly Warranty offered with all repairs and recalibrations

All Torque Tool repairs are carried out against a menu pricing system, informing the customer of the repair cost, thus aiding the customer to be aware of all costs to be incurred at the outset of the job.

For Measuring and Calibrating tools, we offer full re-calibration to original accuracy standards with a traceable Calibration Certificate issued upon completion. For Pre-set Tools we can carry out repeatability checks throughout the tools working range and these can be Preset to a specified value and once again, a traceable Calibration Certificate issued.

All Torqueleader equipment returned to MHH for After Sales Service will be coded (if not already marked) with a Serial Number, which ensures traceability. If required, MHH Engineering can also offer the services of a UKAS Accredited Calibration Laboratory (No: 0632).
