IECO was established by Mr. Hilmi S. Atallah as a one-man business in 1966 handling mainly ferrous and non-ferrous metals. In mid 1968 IECO was appointed by BOC to marke their welding and cutting equipment and consumables. In the early 1970’s Desoutter Bros. and Avdel Ltd respectively appointed Mr. Atallah as their agent for pneumatic tools and fastening systems.
Ten years ago a family company as Hilmi Atallah & Co. was established to take over the business and expand its activities, acquiring Torqueleader as well as other manufacturers. Hence the name of the firm was changed to Integrated Equipment Company, moving to its present premises at the following address:
